Key Responsibilities: 

• Assemble products and verify electrical connections, motors, and fans for proper operation. 

• Perform Hi-Pot and wattage tests to ensure quality and safety standards. 

• Be familiar with the Kanban system 

• Troubleshoot assembly and production issues to maintain efficiency. 

• Follow work instructions and supervisor guidance to meet production goals. 

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace and assist in other departments as needed.

Qualifications & Skills: 

• Previous experience in a factory or manufacturing environment. 

• Experience in general assembly work or specialized training preferred. 

• Familiarity with power and hand tools is a plus. 

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. 

• Basic math and communication skills. 

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team.
