Job Title: Picker/Packer
Location: Falls Village/Canaan, CT
Join a long-standing, well-known resale bookseller in the Canaan, CT area as a Picker/Packer and play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction through accurate and timely order fulfillment. Responsibilities:
Accurately pick books, DVDs, and CDs from shelves based on customer orders.
Thoroughly inspect items to ensure quality and condition before packing.
Securely pack items using appropriate materials to prevent damage during shipping.
Organize and maintain the order fulfillment area to streamline workflow.
Consistently meet daily picking and packing targets for efficient operations.
Requirements:
Ability to lift 25-30 lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods.
Strong attention to detail, ensuring high accuracy in order fulfillment.
Effective communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
Reliability and commitment to meeting productivity goals.
Perks:
Competitive pay: $17.00/hour.
Full-time working hours: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM; overtime also available
