Key Responsibilities: 

• Perform repairs and preventive maintenance to ensure productive operations. 

• Assist with set-ups, breakdowns, and maintenance of grinding machines and equipment. 

• Operate machine tools to fabricate parts and items as needed. 

• Facilitate assembling and disassembling of roll bearings 

• Maintain cleanliness of work areas and ensure safety procedures are followed. 

• Being a project support and crew leader while being guided by the Maintenance Supervisor. 

• Handle tasks in various areas, including welding, plumbing, and electrical work. 

• Manage inventory and perform daily preventative maintenance.

Experience/Qualifications: 

• Strong mechanical and mathematical aptitude. 

• Demonstrated 5-7 years’ experience in areas such as welding, plumbing, electrical, etc.   

• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, dial indicators). 

• Experience with bearings, housings, and general mechanical repairs. 

• HVAC experience is an advantage. 

• Good organizational and housekeeping skills. 

Physical Requirements: 

• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs. and be on feet 80-90% of the time, including walking and crouching. 

• Good hand-eye coordination for operating tools 

• Ability to put on and wear personal protective equipment (PPE).
